📋 Requirements

Be a PADI IDC Staff Instructor

Be an active PADI Member for at least 2 of the last 3 years

Have certified at least 150 PADI students
(including at least 50 continuing education certifications) -
Have no quality assurance violations within the past 6 months

Have issued 10 or more EFR certifications
-
Supported at least 3 IDCs as an IDC Staff Instructor

In between the IDCs, you will also have the opportunity to team-teach alongside our full-time PADI Instructors to help you work toward the number of certifications required to become a PADI Master Instructor. During this time, we will focus on helping you gain continuing education certifications and will tailor the experience to suit your needs based on your Student Count Report.
