The Trimix 65 course qualifies you to dive to 65 metres using normoxic trimix blends (with a minimum of 18% oxygen). It’s the ideal next step after Tec 50 or Tec 50 Trimix for divers who want to increase their depth limits safely using helium to reduce narcosis and stress at depth.

This course provides extended decompression training, additional gas switch techniques, and the confidence to conduct deep dives in more complex environments.

 

🎯 What You’ll Learn

✅ Plan and execute decompression dives to 65m using normoxic trimix
✅ Analyze and manage gas mixes for depth, CNS exposure, and gas density
✅ Use up to two decompression gases (including 100% oxygen)
✅ Develop advanced emergency planning, equipment setup, and team procedures

📋 Course Requirements

  • PADI Tec 50 certification

  • Previous trimix experience recommended (e.g., Tec 45 Trimix)

  • Minimum 100 logged dives, with deep and technical experience

  • Minimum age: 18

  • Medical clearance within the last 12 months

🗓️ Course Duration

In Phuket, Thailand, it typically takes 4–5 days, including deep dives, academic sessions, and simulations
